The details and terms of the transaction are private. We ask that buyers sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. Only the buyer, seller, and our company know the terms of the transaction.

All inventory and supplier contacts are passed along from the seller to the buyer. Once the transaction is finalized, the buyer takes over as the owner of the inventory and retains control of all supplier contacts and communication. We ask that the seller help withe the supplier transition.
